With a global professional experience and an impressive list of culinary achievements, Daniel Brooker is a passionate and creative New Zealand chef. He won 2004 New Zealand Culinarian of the year. Starting his career in New Zealand, Daniel moved to the middle-east in 2007 and worked in Oman, Kazakhstan and UAE. In 2014 he moved to Beijing and has been the Executive Chef at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Beijing, The Pangu 7 Star Hotel, Beijing, Le Meridien Hotel, Xiamen and now the Sofitel Guangzhou Sunrich in Guangzhou.
