2008 師從香港名厨梁炳基师父 学习 港式烧腊以及粤菜 2014~2016 上海老丰阁远洋宾馆店烧腊主管以及锅头 2017~至今 华东师大上海中外首席主厨 负责接待贵宾 以及港式餐厅菜品研发 Chef Guoyu Lin is from Guangdong province. He learned Cantonese cuisine skills from famous Hongkongnese chef Leung Bing-ki. During 2014~2016 he managed the roast meat department of the Shanghai Laofengge restaurant. Now he’s the head chef in the VIP canteen of East China Normal University and caters for VIP guests from China and overseas, as well as developing new Cantonese recipes.
