Baker, maker, creator, Liv is a much-loved and highly-talented Kiwi food & beverage personality in Shanghai. Co-founder of Tuck Shop Pies which she started with her boyfriend, Ryan (now husband) in their tiny Shanghai apartment back in 2013 she initially worked around the clock hand baking all of the pies four at a time in their tiny oven, but very quickly had to outsource to a professional kitchen to keep up with the demand. Their pies are now sold in hundreds of premium supermarkets and online grocers throughout China.
