Violet trained as an architect and she believes that all design aesthetics are interlinked. She is also a talented Food Artist and she combines food and art elements with her creative design ideas. She skillfully uses Chinese and Western cooking techniques, finding the balance of various flavors in the dishes, to make cuisines into attractive unique and pleasing artworks.
