Live streaming for Oravida

Oravida asked Chefco to match them with a chef suitable for their live streaming event showcasing special products like Oravida yoghurt, honey and orange roughy.

Jamie prepared three dishes in one hour, answering questions and interacting with viewers. Jamie and the host shared yogurt facts and ideas on how to use yogurt not only for breakfast but also in savory meals and snacks to viewers, advice was especially suited to Chinese tastes (but with western cuisine).

They also ran food trivia giveaways and viewers won Oravida yogurt or the big prize special orange roughy fish.

- Yogurt Brekkie bowl with black sesame sauce and nuts, a classic Chinese Brekkie “smoothie” but with a yogurt bowl twist.

- Orange roughy one-pot paella with creamy (yogurt) curry sauce

- Steamed sweet potato jackets with mexican bean chili and yogurt topping
