Chef Blake and his team who run popular fine dining restaurants Oha Eatery and Blackbird in Shanghai were the perfect match for this Fisher & Paykel event for the American Institute of Architects they held in September.

Fisher & Paykel requested a fine dining kiwi style menu to wow their guests and prospective clients. Blake delivered an impressive menu:
