Chef Chris took part in our Chefco workshop and got hands on with the cooking. After the workshop we sent out digital recipe cards to the chefs who attended.
Chris Zhu was inspired! The next week he put the salmon dish on the menu! Using Mt Cook Salmon at Bird!
