Envy was looking for a super slick chef to do the catering for a fashion week collaboration with local designer Helen Lee. We introduced them to 3 Chefco chefs, of which they chose to work with Chef Thomas from the Westin who had the capacity to do many dishes and also hired food stylish Violet to help with food presentation, layout and design.
