Luke & Fei team up for Fisher & Paykel event

A double whammy for this F&P event in May as two Chefco chefs worked together to deliver a distinctly NZ menu. Fisher and Paykel were looking for a professional chef to prepare a buffet style NZ feel menu to suit their swanky event for architect institution while connecting to their kiwi roots.

Chefco’s Luke flew in from Hong Kong and worked together with Chef Fei to cater for this small but high-end event.
