Camden is a serial F&B start-up figure. She opened Egg - a popular cafe and brunch spot in Shanghai, more recently two new venues, Bird (wine + kitchen) and Bitter (cocktails + coffee) as well as Shanghai Supperclub and events company SOCIAL SUPPLY. She has successfully channeled her passion into a local sensation. Camden has experience working with New Zealand dairy products in recent 'Bach' event where she created a menu to showcase products from Anchor, Westland, Goodman Fielder, Easiyo, L'AMORE, Tatua etc.
